Flexible rates can be cancelled free up to 48 hours before arrival. Date and room-type changes can be made any time from the link in your confirmation email.
All major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer for corporate accounts. We do not accept cash for room charges.
We authorise one night 48 hours before arrival, plus a $100 incidentals hold at check-in that is released within three working days of departure.
Your Stay
Check-in from 2:00 PM, check-out by 12:00 noon. Both are flexible whenever the property has room, at no extra charge.
Yes — a full à la carte breakfast for two is included in every rate, served 6:30–11:00 AM, in the Garden Restaurant or in your room.
Two family categories sleep up to five, with connecting doors, bunk alcoves and a supervised kids' club at weekends.

Fully. Step-free access throughout, twelve adapted rooms with roll-in showers, and accessible routes to the pool, spa and all three restaurants.
Covered valet parking is $32 per night, free for suite guests, with EV charging on every level of the garage.
Pets up to 12 kg stay free in ground-floor rooms. A bed, bowls and a walking service are provided on request.
Complimentary return transfer with every suite; $45 each way otherwise. Share your flight number and a driver tracks it.
The rooftop pool is open 6:00 AM to midnight daily. The spa runs 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with in-room treatments bookable until 10:00 PM.
Dining
Yes. Vegan, gluten-free, halal, kosher and allergy-specific menus are prepared in a separate section of the kitchen. Tell us in advance and the chef will call you.
